🎣 Today’s Fishing Report
This morning’s trip out of Navarre Beach was one for the books! The wind laid down overnight, and we were met with calm seas and clean water in Santa Rosa Sound. Our crew started the day targeting Redfish around the oyster beds and grass flats using live shrimp under popping corks — and the bite was hot! We also picked off a few nice Speckled Trout during the mid-morning push.
Later in the day, we switched to soft plastics and picked up a mixed bag of Black Drum and slot Redfish around the bridge pylons. The fish were aggressive as the tide shifted, and our guests had an unforgettable experience.
👶 Families and kids had a blast on our 2-hour and 3-hour trips, and our fly fishing charter guests had success sight casting Redfish in shallow water with Capt. Jordan Wright.

📅 Fishing Forecast for the Week Ahead (May 12–18, 2025)
Get ready for a stellar week of fishing along Navarre Beach! With stable weather patterns and warmer water temps rolling in, expect increased activity from Redfish, Trout, and even some early summer Spanish Mackerel near the passes.
Monday–Wednesday: Light winds and sunny skies will make for ideal conditions for inshore fishing. Target Speckled Trout early mornings and Redfish near drop-offs as the tide rises.
Thursday–Friday: Winds may pick up slightly out of the southeast. Focus on protected coves and the north side of Santa Rosa Sound for consistent action.
Weekend Outlook: Great family conditions expected. Perfect time to book kids fishing trips, shark fishing at night, or a sight fishing adventure with Capt. Jordan.
